A luxury golf community located west of Scottsdale Ranch and north of Via Linda, nestled at the base of the McDowell Mountains, Ancala is a guard-gated community. Golden Heritage built Ancala beginning in 1991, with 542 custom single-family homes and 42 casita homes. These homes start at 2,000 square feet and range upwards of 8,000 square feet.
The Ancala HOA’s monthly fee includes as the security guard gate as well as common area maintenance. The Ancala Country Club features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Pete Dye.
