Located at the intersection of Tatum Boulevard and two freeways (State Route 51 and the Loop 101), Desert Ridge continues to attract families and retirees alike. There are several different neighborhoods within Desert Ridge, with a wide range of home types.
For example, the Bella Monte Condos, built by Towne Homes range from 1,360 square feet to 1,835 square feet. Taylor Morrison’s Sanctuary at Desert Ridge, located in the northernmost parcel is the newest community to open in Desert Ridge. This gated community features single family homes ranging from 1,982 square feet to 3,811 square feet, and has its own community center.
